Increase Your Physical Activity to Decrease Your Brain Fog

Another thing you can do to break through the brain fog is to increase your physical activity. It can be as simple as taking a 30-minute walk every day (or a series of shorter walks adding up to 30 minutes if your day is hectic). Of course, you can also go for a run, a bike ride, a swim, or get in a workout at the gym.

The goal is to get more physical activity in one way or another. Moving for at least 30 minutes a day can benefit your brain in many ways, such as improving mental clarity and concentration. Even better, get physical activity outside under the sun. You might find your brain fog evaporates in no time!
